At Nautical Power Marine, we take pride in supplying reliable marine engines, parts, and equipment. Because many of our products are mechanical and high-value, we have clear return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

Returns – General Conditions
If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions listed below:
The item must be unused and uninstalled
It must be in its original packaging
All included parts, manuals, and accessories must be returned
The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of marine equipment, the following items are not eligible for return:
Installed or used marine engines
Electrical components that have been connected or tested
Special-order or custom-configured items
Clearance or final sale products (if specified at purchase)
Products with broken factory seals or missing components
These restrictions help ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

Photos of the packaging
Your order number
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
This allows us to provide the correct return instructions and prevent delays.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part
For large items such as engines, freight shipping may be required
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services
Nautical Power Marine is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 8-15 business days.
Please note:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping and freight costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.
