Where We Ship

We currently ship from the United States and Portugal.

We currently ship world wide with a few exceptions, kindly check the availability of shipping on our checkout page.

If your location is not available during checkout, we are unable to ship to that destination at this time.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.


Delivery Time Estimates

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper unloading arrangements

  • Additional carrier fees (such as liftgate service or residential delivery) may apply if required


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking details (when available)

This allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Customs, Duties, and International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control
